To install the World Builder tool from the disk, copy "CNC3_wb_1.0.cfg" and "WorldBuilder.exe" into your Kane's Wrath folder. The World Builder tool for Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath was included with the retail version of the game but it was hidden on the disk. World Builder requires that Tiberium Wars be installed in order to run. The World Builder tool for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars was not included with the retail version of the game.
